I create learning experiences where people leave with new insights, deeper connections, and the tools to act differently.
Whether it’s a 10-day intensive or a two-hour workshop, I design experiences where people move, practice, feel, share, and grow—where learning happens through engagement, not just explanation.
I have deep experience taking learning experiences from vision through implementation and evaluation. I can design curricula, train leaders, facilitate workshops, and build robust feedback processes for continuous improvement.
Some highlights:
- I co-led the flagship 10-day Facilitator Training Program for NCCJ (now GEI), training hundreds of equity leaders and facilitators from across the country.
- When COVID hit, I led the conversion to virtual delivery in real time, preserving the relational foundation of the in-person experience while making it accessible nationally.
- At The Wilderness Society, I design monthly all-staff gatherings for 130+ people that balance information-sharing with genuine connection, facilitate practical workshops on organizing with Tribal communities, and create equity resources that actually get used.
- I designed and project managed the launch of “Toward Liberation: Building Shared Analysis to Transform Institutions,” Crossroads Antiracism’s five-week flagship program that engaged over 200 people in its first year alone
- At the St. Louis Anti-Racism Organizing Collective, I co-developed Tending Roots, a large-scale 13-week cohort program for St. Louisans interested in racial justice that combined political education with skill-building and concrete peer support.
What I bring:
