Jenny’s Bio:

For over 20 years, I’ve been creating spaces where people learn, grow, and connect.
My path into this work started at Karen House and in grassroots organizing in St. Louis, where I learned to address both immediate needs and systemic change. I moved through facilitator training with NCCJ (now GEI) and equity program development, and most recently brought this work to The Wilderness Society as Director of Equity, Culture, and Learning.
Along the way, I ran St. Louis Fantasy Maps—a small business that celebrated nerdy mashups, connected social justice with sci-fi, and created hilarious, collaborative games for people to gather around.
Throughout these experiences, I’ve discovered what I love doing most: gathering people, sharing resources for change, and creating experiences where people are moving, practicing, feeling, connecting and learning.

In 2021, my partner and I moved to 4 acres outside of St. Louis. We practice regenerative land stewardship—I hold a Permaculture Design Certificate—and are working toward Native Habitat certification through Wild Ones. We tend chickens and native plants, laugh at the antics of our dogs, and constantly find new miracles on the land.
